Tree Branch Coasters

Curbly's ModHomeEcTeacher has a great idea for creating your own rustic drink coasters.

She begins with an old tree limb sliced into 1/2" disks. After sanding, staining, and sealing, she glues felt to the bottom of the disks to complete her DIY coasters.

The result is pretty awesome... just make sure your tree limb is dry and metal-free if you decide to try this yourself.
